Proven at Enterprise Scale
Our architectural foundation comes from nearly two decades inside some of the most regulated, large-scale technology environments in the United States — serving millions of customers, patients, and members.

Cloudain was founded with a clear purpose: to make advanced cloud, AI, security, and automation technologies accessible, practical, and valuable for organizations that traditionally have been left behind by enterprise-focused solutions.
The foundation of Cloudain comes from the hands-on experience of Subhra Jit Ghoshal, who has spent nearly two decades designing, architecting, implementing, and advising on secure large-scale technology programs across banking, insurance, healthcare, and enterprise platforms. Over the years, he has contributed to major programs for leading organizations such as Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, State Farm, and Kaiser Permanente — systems that supported highly regulated, mission-critical environments and served millions of customers, patients, members, and business users across the United States.
That experience shaped a simple belief: enterprise-grade technology should not be limited only to large corporations with massive teams and budgets. In 2024, Cloudain's direction became even more focused — to build a network of in-house cloud, AI, data, security, and automation products that work together as a connected ecosystem, reducing dependency on fragmented third-party systems and letting AI agents help build, operate, secure, and improve business platforms faster.
Cloudain is not only a services company. It is a product and innovation company building practical platforms for real business needs — systems that are secure, governed, cost-aware, and grounded in real operational needs.
Created to help secure cloud environments, applications, and product platforms with stronger visibility, security intelligence, and practical remediation guidance.
Created to support financial operations, cloud cost awareness, governance, and smarter decision-making around technology spending.
Created to bring data analytics, intelligence, and insights into a more usable form so organizations can better understand their operations and customers.
As Cloudain evolved, we began developing AI agents that function more like specialized digital team members rather than generic chatbots. Each agent is trained for a specific purpose.
Identify risks, explain findings, support remediation, and improve cloud security posture.
Focus on cost visibility, financial operations, optimization opportunities, and technology spend governance.
Focus on analytics, insights, reporting, and business intelligence.
Focus on customer interaction, workflow support, outreach, and operational efficiency.
The architectural and technical foundation behind Cloudain comes from long-term involvement in some of the nation's most complex environments.
Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, and American Express — shaping our understanding of secure systems, data protection, identity, compliance, and enterprise-scale architecture.
State Farm and insurance-related platforms — shaping our approach to customer-facing systems, operational workflows, and scalable digital experiences.
Kaiser Permanente and healthcare environments — shaping our focus on privacy, accessibility, security, patient experience, and responsible technology design.
Our goal is simple: build technology that is useful, secure, scalable, and meaningful.
Cloudain exists to bring enterprise-grade cloud, AI, security, data, and automation capabilities to organizations of all sizes.
We do not believe in AI for demonstration alone. We believe in AI that helps real people, real businesses, and real organizations solve real problems.
A comprehensive suite of cloud-native products designed to transform your business operations.
We combine enterprise architecture experience with product innovation. Our work is guided by four principles.
Systems should be designed for long-term security, scalability, and maintainability.
AI should solve real operational problems, not just create impressive demos.
Every product and platform should be built with security, identity, governance, and trust in mind.
Advanced technology should be usable by organizations that do not have large enterprise teams or budgets.
